Limited Warranty Information
Accessories Wholesale accessories are supported by different limited warranties. This Limited Warranty Information is only for Defective Products. Please read each warranty to determine which terms and conditions apply to specific products.
- 45 days limited warranties applies to most of our products.
- 90 days limited warranties applies to Bluetooth accessories.
- Items under the amount of $1.00 are not refundable.

* Accessories Wholesale is not responsible for any misused, abused, or any damage caused by human error on installation.
* Please use RMA form for all services you may need and procedures in returning items.
Upon request from Accessories Wholesale, the reseller must provide the date of the original purchase of the product by a dated itemized invoice.
Purchase Policy
By placing purchase order(s) at Accessories Wholesale you are agreeing to the price(s), payment term, shipping charge(s), and conditions. Cashier Check can be accepted for U.S. customer only. A $25 charge may apply to all returned check. Any unpaid balance over 90 days will be given to collection agency; please note that collection may affect your business and/or personal credit. Accessories Wholesale reserves the right at any time after receiving your purchase order(s) to accept or decline the order for any reason.
Shipping and Handling
Usually an order can be shipped on the same day according to our work schedule, but not guaranteed, if you have submitted the order by 11am; if not, then the order will be shipped on the following business day. We have UPS, It is your responsibility to accept the delivery and any charge(s) may apply. Shipping charge(s), and/or re-ship charge(s), fee may apply to any rejected or returned package.
Return and Exchange
Accessories Wholesale offers 15 days return or exchange on good products. All return and exchange products must be in its original unused condition. A credit or exchange may be issued per request upon inspection. Shipping charge(s) is nonrefundable. Exchange may be accepted for any defective products you may receive. Please refer to Limited Warranty Information and RMA Form for details. Any accessories that are brought to us for warranty which do not belong to Accessories Wholesale or which does not meet the warranty conditions, will be disposed of.
