Accessory Wholesale Warranties & Policies

Accessory Wholesale accessories are supported by different limited warranties. This limited warranty information is only for defective products. Please read each warranty to determine which terms and conditions apply to specific products. Credit may be issued per request upon inspection. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please refer to Limited Warranty Information and RMA Form for details. Any accessories that are brought to us for warranty which do not belong to Accessory Wholesale or which do not meet the warranty conditions, will be disposed of. Accessory Wholesale is not responsible for any misused, abused, or any damage caused by human error on installation.

60 Days Limited Warranty:

applies to most defective products. Defective items sent back to us exceeding 60 days will be denied.

30 Days Limited Warranty:

applies to all good, unused, brand new products in original packaging.

30 days warranty also applies to Bluetooth Accessories. All Bluetooth's will be tested & will only be under warranty if the item is confirmed defective/manufacturer defect. If there is damage to the Bluetooth; exposed wires, cracks, tape, or broken pieces, this will be physical damage due to customer neglect and will be denied. Bluetooth's that come with a charger must be returned with the charger in order to receive credit.

We have the right to refuse any return.

Price stickers not those of Accessory Wholesale must be taken off or they will be denied.

No returns on custom or special orders.

No returns on items under the amount of $2.00.

No returns on items purchased as closeout or clearance.

No returns on Memory Cards, Batteries

Purchase Policy:

By placing purchase order(s) at Accessory Wholesale you are agreeing to the price(s), payment terms, shipping charge(s), and conditions. A $25 charge may apply to all returned checks. Any unpaid balance over 90 days will be given to a collection agency; please note that collection may affect your business and/or personal credit. Accessory Wholesale reserves the right at any time after receiving your purchase order(s) to accept or decline the order for any reason.

Shipping and Handling:

Usually an order can be shipped on the same day according to our work schedule, but not guaranteed. Accessory Wholesale uses UPS as its shipping company. It is your responsibility to accept the delivery and any charge(s) may apply. Shipping charge(s), and/or re-ship charge(s),fee may apply to any rejected or returned package.
